Customers may order products online. If you have questions concerning online orders, please contact the store Sunday thru Thursday 10:00am to 5:00pm EST, and Friday & Saturday 10:00am to 8:00pm at 1-888-754-3960 or 1-716-753-3960.

Accepted Payment Methods
Webb’s Cottage Collection currently accepts only credit cards to purchase items from our online store. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, & Discover.

Order Confirmation
Once your order and credit card information has been processed and verified a success page will appear on your screen and you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

How and Where We Ship
Webb’s Cottage Collection ships via UPS, United Parcel Service (Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air). Customers may also fill in the “Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order” box if they choose.

Webb’s Cottage Collection currently ships within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

*Please note that UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box Address.

Taxation
Due to New York State Law, Webb’s Cottage Collection must charge tax to orders shipped to New York State addresses. All other states will not be charged a sales tax. Tax is calculated during the checkout process.

Delivery Timeframes and Shipping Costs
Webb’s Cottage Collection will ship most items within 3 business days. Larger orders may take up to 5 business days to ship.

Estimated shipping rates and delivery time frames are automatically calculated using UPS rates and fees when an item is added to your shopping cart.

*Please note that Webb’s Cottage Collection requires a signature upon delivery.

Returns
YOU MUST CONTACT WEBB’S COTTAGE COLLECTION BEFORE RETURING AN ITEM TO RECEIVE PROPER RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.
Webb’s Cottage Collection offers customers a 15 day return policy. If returning an item, that item must by unused, unassembled and contain all parts and instructions. Also, the item must be returned in its original packaging and the customer must pay the shipping fee to return the item. We may refund your item charge or issue store credit.

Damages
Webb’s Cottage Collection understands that damages may occur during the shipping process. It is very import that you do not accept or sign for any packages that have visible damages. Upon receipt, carefully inspect your package to make sure that there are no damages. If a damaged item is received, please contact Webb’s Cottage Collection within 3 days. If claims are not received within 3 days, we will not be able to accept the return of the damaged item. If you received a damaged item, Webb’s Cottage Collection may issue a call tag & send a replacement, refund your item payment & shipping charge or issue store credit.
